1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TurboTrack Logistics website (turbotracklogistic.com), submitting business enquiries, or registering as a Delivery Partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Logistics & Delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
All commercial logistics arrangements, last-mile runs, hub management services, and fleet contracts are executed pursuant to written master service agreements (MSAs) containing agreed SLA thresholds, transit loss caps, and dispute resolution mechanisms. TurboTrack maintains a 98.7% SLA benchmark under normal operational conditions.
3. Prohibited & Hazardous Goods
Clients are strictly prohibited from consigning contraband, explosives, flammables, illegal substances, or undeclared dangerous goods through TurboTrack's network. Consignors bear 100% legal responsibility for regulatory compliance and accurate e-way billing.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
