• Customer Shipping Data: Consignee name, delivery address, postal code, contact phone number, and OTP authentication records strictly for last-mile delivery fulfillment.
• Delivery Partner KYC: Aadhaar number, PAN card, driving license credentials, bank account details (for payouts), and vehicle registration certificates.
• Enterprise Commercial Leads: Company name, authorized representative details, shipment run-rates, and billing coordinates.
• Device & Telematics Data: Delivery app GPS location during active delivery shifts for route optimization and proof-of-delivery validation.

3. How Information is Used

We process data solely for:

• Executing doorstep delivery, tracking milestones, and OTP verification.
• Disbursing weekly earnings and statutory welfare payments to Delivery Associates.
• Preventing logistics fraud, cargo theft, and false delivery dispute claims.
• Complying with statutory audits, Goods and Services Tax (GST) e-way bills, and legal regulations in India.

4. Data Protection & Non-Disclosure

TurboTrack does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or commercial shipping data to third-party advertisers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, restricted only to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
