Role Overview

Audit daily delivery performance metrics, resolve partner escalations, and maintain 98.7% SLA fulfillment benchmarks. As TurboTrack Logistics expands across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, this role is critical to maintaining operational throughput and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily audits of delivery run-rates and identify route bottlenecks across 250+ hubs.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on RTO shipments, customer complaints, and transit delays.

Prepare daily 8:00 AM SLA scorecards for executive review and enterprise client meetings.

Collaborate with hub supervisors to enforce corrective actions on underperforming routes.

Candidate Requirements

2 to 5 years experience in quality assurance, SLA auditing, or operations excellence within logistics/e-commerce.

Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel or SQL skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing status reporting.
