Role Overview

Coordinate daily 3W and 4W commercial vehicle deployment, driver schedules, GPS tracking, and route maintenance. As TurboTrack Logistics expands across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, this role is critical to maintaining operational throughput and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule daily run beats for 3W and 4W commercial cargo vehicles between regional sorting nodes.

Monitor real-time GPS telemetry, geofence violations, and unscheduled stoppage delays.

Oversee vehicle preventative maintenance cycles, tire inspections, and fitness certifications.

Manage driver onboarding, commercial license verification, and fuel reimbursement logs.

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3 years experience in commercial fleet management or transportation logistics.

Good understanding of road geography across Patna and South Bihar arteries.

Proficiency in basic spreadsheet reporting (Excel / Google Sheets).

Valid commercial two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
