Role Overview

Manage inbound docking, package sorting manifests, delivery associate route dispatch, and end-of-day cash reconciliation. As TurboTrack Logistics expands across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, this role is critical to maintaining operational throughput and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily inbound vehicle docking, unloading, and barcode scan manifests.

Manage morning dispatch sequence for 40+ delivery associates, ensuring optimal bag load distribution.

Conduct end-of-day cash-on-delivery (COD) cash balancing and secure bank deposits.

Resolve on-ground customer delivery disputes, missing shipments, and address ambiguities.

Enforce 100% adherence to health, safety, and biometric attendance protocols.

Candidate Requirements

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in express parcel hub operations or 3PL logistics.

Prior team leadership experience managing field riders and hub material handlers.

Familiarity with handheld mobile barcode scanners (HHT) and logistics ERP manifests.

Graduation degree preferred; strong Hindi and basic English communication skills.
